Drivers
We are always looking for hard working, dependable Class A CDL drivers to join our team. All drivers must meet the following requirements:

• Have reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Be over the age of 24 with a clean MVR
• Have at least 2 years driving experience with Class A CDL
• Live in or around San Antonio
• Have a current medical card or meet physical requirements in FMCSA Section 391.41 for CDL drivers
• Must be customer friendly, motivated and be able to work independently and efficiently
• Experience pulling gooseneck trailers and driving equipment/machinery (skid steers, backhoes, etc.) is highly preferred

Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
We are currently looking for a dispatcher/administrative assistant to work remotely from their own home. This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling and dispatching of our company’s drivers, as well as performing administrative office work such as invoicing, providing quotes to customers and logging daily delivery data.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying and scheduling freight deliveries for drivers, considering their current locations and future scheduled loads
• Dispatching and planning of freight shipments, including acting as the main point of contact for drivers and customers
• Monitoring deliveries throughout transit to ensure delivery schedules are met
• Responding to customer’s requests and questions timely, thoroughly and professionally
• Creating and sending invoices; answering questions and/or providing additional information or documentation as requested by customers
• Submitting documentation for loads that are invoiced through our factoring company; including ensuring all load documentation is complete and documentation is scanned
• Providing freight quotes to customers
• Maintaining a daily log of delivery data and analyzing data to identify areas to improve efficiency

Skills Required:

• Experience in trucking dispatch, scheduling and/or load planning is required; familiarity with load boards is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via e-mail and telephone
• Be familiar with DOT regulations
• Proficient with Google Maps, Excel and Gmail
• Candidates who have their own customer base for freight loads will receive first consideration

• High-speed internet
• Laptop or PC with Microsoft Word and Excel
• We will provide a printer/scanner with software and a cell phone
• Must reside within San Antonio or the surrounding area
